In november 2016, the CorkHouse.eu opened two shops in the center of the beautiful city of Lisbon to bring our customers the best sustainable products made of portuguese Cork.

Our goal was to bring the best quality products to our customers. Cork is an 100% biodegradable, recyclable and renewable material that, in the talented hands of different Portuguese craftsmen, becomes bags, wallets, shoes, accessories and various decorative items.

The CorkHouse.eu is not indifferent to the negative environmental changes that have been happening in our planet, and neither should you. Cork is a vegan, cruelty-free material with no negative impact on the environment The trees are not cut down or damaged, but instead only the outer layer is carefully and harmlessly removed - which will then grow back.

We believe that using cork is an eco-friendly and sustainable approach to fashion accessories. At the same time, we are able to share our beloved Portuguese culture using this traditional and typical Portuguese material.
